The Colleuseum and me holding up the Leaning Tower of Pisa!

Roger and Jill at the Vatican. This was taken just after we had tea with the Pope. In fact, he took this picture! :)

Me throwing a coin into the Trevi Fountain. They say if you do that you will return to Rome one day.

Ruins of Pompei.

More ruins.

Me listening intently to our Italian tour guide at the ruins of Pompei. He was so enthusiastic about his job!

Emdina city (probably spelled it wrong) on Malta.

Port of Malta. Truly stunning view arriving by ship!

Roger and me with two good friends we met on the cruise, Corrie and Annette from Holland. We are standing in front of Popeye's Village, a set built for the 1980 film starring Robin Williams. It is really a cartoon village!

Sagrada de familia church - fab architecture! - minus the cranes of course

Roger in his semi-retirement shirt!

Here is a creative shot of me waving goodbye to the Titanic. Glad this was taken on the last day and not the first!!

Well hello again! We are back from a wonderful week of cruising the high seas in the Mediteranean! We flew to Barcelona, Spain for 2 days and saw all the fabulous architecture it is so well-known for. We left on the Sunday on the Norwegian Gem cruise ship and our ports of call included the island of Malta, Naples, Rome and Pisa Italy, and Nice, France. I'm attaching a few of the photos to give you a taste of how the rich and famous live (wink wink)!
